1. These Terms of Service govern the use of the Craftive service (hereinafter: "Service"), available at craftive.app.
2. The owner of the Service is its creator (hereinafter: "Provider").
3. Using the Service implies acceptance of the provisions of these Terms.
1. To use the full features of the Service, the user must create an account by providing an email address.
2. The user undertakes to provide truthful data.
3. Sharing passwords and accounts with third parties is prohibited.
1. Each code generation by AI consumes 1 credit.
2. Free accounts receive 5 credits per day.
3. Pro and Creator accounts receive a larger pool of credits (30 and 100 per day, respectively).
4. Unused credits do not roll over to the next day.
5. Payments for paid plans are processed by the Stripe operator. Pricing is available on the homepage.
1. Craftive is a tool using Artificial Intelligence to generate code in the Java language (plugins/mods for the game Minecraft).
2. The code generated by the Service is the property of the user who generated it and may be used for any purpose (including commercial).
3. The Provider assumes no liability for errors in the generated code or for damages resulting from its operation on the user's servers. The code should be reviewed before implementation.
1. The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% uptime.
2. The Provider reserves the right to change prices, credit limits, or terminate the Service with reasonable prior notice.
