1. These Terms of Service govern the use of the Craftive service (hereinafter: "Service"), available at craftive.app and craftive.pl.
2. The owner of the Service is its creator (hereinafter: "Provider").
3. Using the Service implies acceptance of the provisions of these Terms.
1. To use the full features of the Service, the user must create an account using an email address or a Google account.
2. The user undertakes to provide truthful data.
3. Sharing passwords and accounts with third parties is prohibited.
4. The Provider may refuse registrations made using disposable or temporary email addresses.
5. The user is responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.
6. The user may delete their account at any time from the account menu. Deleting an account permanently removes the account, the subscription and the entire generation history. For security reasons, creating a new account with the same email address may be temporarily blocked for up to 24 hours after deletion.
1. The Service offers two AI models: Craftive Nano (1 credit per generation or continuation) and Craftive Ultra (5 credits per generation or continuation).
2. The Free plan includes 5 credits, the Pro plan ($7/month) includes 30 credits, and the Creator plan ($22/month) includes 100 credits.
3. The credit pool is refilled to its full size every 24 hours (rolling reset).
4. Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Payments for paid plans are processed by the Stripe operator. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via "Manage Subscription" in the account menu; after the paid period ends, the account returns to the Free plan.
6. Some features (e.g. config file support) are available only on paid plans.
7. The Provider reserves the right to change pricing and credit limits with reasonable prior notice.
1. The Service may offer promotional codes (e.g. creator codes) that provide a discount on the first payment of a new subscription.
2. Promotional codes are limited: each code may have a maximum number of redemptions and an expiry date, and may be deactivated at any time without prior notice.
3. A single account may use only one promotional code from a given creator. Using a code from a different creator on a future purchase is allowed.
4. Promotional codes apply only to new subscriptions completed via the checkout page. They do not apply to plan changes, upgrades or downgrades of existing subscriptions.
5. Promotional codes have no cash value. They cannot be sold, exchanged, or combined with other promotional codes.
6. Attempts to abuse promotional codes (e.g. creating multiple accounts to reuse a code) may result in the codes being voided and accounts suspended.
1. If you have not used any of the credits included in your paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the payment by contacting contact@craftive.app or our Discord server.
2. Refunds are issued via Stripe and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
3. This policy does not limit the statutory consumer rights applicable to you.
1. Craftive is a tool using Artificial Intelligence to generate Java code (plugins for Spigot/Paper servers and Fabric mods for the game Minecraft).
2. The code generated by the Service is the property of the user who generated it and may be used for any purpose (including commercial).
3. The Provider assumes no liability for errors in the generated code or for damages resulting from its operation on the user's servers or game clients. The code should be reviewed before implementation.
4. The Service is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.
1. The user may not use the Service to attempt to generate malicious, harmful, or illegal code.
2. Automated abuse of the Service (bulk account creation, circumventing rate limits or credit limits) is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
1. The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
2. The Provider reserves the right to modify or terminate the Service with reasonable prior notice.
