The operator of the Craftive service (available at craftive.app and craftive.pl) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The controller of your personal data is the owner of the Craftive service. For matters related to data protection, contact: contact@craftive.app
We collect only the data necessary to provide the Service:
• Account data: email address (your own, or the one connected to your Google account).
• Technical data: IP address and browser data (security, abuse prevention).
• Query content: the text of the prompts entered to generate code.
• Generation history: generated code and related metadata (creation date, chosen platform and Minecraft version).
• Billing metadata: subscription status, plan, and payment identifiers. Card numbers are processed solely by Stripe and never reach us.
• Promotional data: if you purchase a subscription with a promotional code, we store which code was used (for the proper settlement of promotional campaigns).
We process your data for the purpose of:
• Creating and managing user accounts (including email verification and password resets).
• Generating code via external AI APIs (DeepSeek, Groq) — the prompt text is sent to these providers as part of the generation request.
• Managing plans and credits and processing payments (Stripe).
• Running promotional campaigns with promotional codes (attribution of purchases to codes, discount settlement).
• Sending transactional emails (account verification, password resets) via Resend.
• Ensuring the security of the Service (rate limiting, abuse detection).
We use trusted third parties that process your data on our behalf:
• Supabase: authentication and database (location: USA/Europe).
• DeepSeek / Groq: AI engines for code generation.
• Stripe: payment processing (including promotional code discounts).
• Resend: transactional email delivery.
• Google: optional sign-in with a Google account.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The Service uses browser local storage to keep your login session and remember interface preferences (e.g. a completed tutorial, a pending prompt you typed before signing in). No cookie banner is displayed because no tracking is performed.
Account data and generation history are stored until you delete your account or request their removal. After account deletion, your email address and deletion date are kept in a minimal deletion log used to prevent abuse of the re-registration block; all other data (account, generation history, plan and billing metadata) is deleted immediately.
You have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, and withdraw consent. You can delete your account and all associated data yourself, directly in the account menu ("Delete Account"), or by sending a request to contact@craftive.app.
The Service is not directed at children under 13 years of age.
